If its heritage they will do something for you im sure. They surprised me the other day. I'm not use to books trying to have any kind of customer service.

I never bother betting the stuff I know will get canceled like lines that are 100pts off or games that are over and still available to bet. And I only bet with the big shops. As far as I'm concerned if the bet is not canceled by the time that it starts the bet stands. Never had one canceled after it started yet. And oh yeah I hit many CBB halftimes at Pinny that were 5 or more pts off and they did not cancel any of them.

I probably reported bad lines to like five different books and never gotten anything out of it... IMO the time spent reported it isn't worth the effort (as you you have to sit there and wait for them to contact the line managers, correct the error, etc) on an off chance a you might get thrown a small handout so now I just ignore them...
In contrast a stale number (or any number reasonable close to the publicly available line) is fair game IMO...

-200 is an absolute steal in this spot for that wager....
I told a book about a correction (overpayment) yesterday and they were very appreciative. 50 dollars for being honest. I knew they would probably eventually find it so I just gave them the heads up.

that's like 3 points if it were spread betting its a very fine line between it being an error and a loose line. if they cancelled out wagers placed before this "error" that pretty chicken shit but that is how online books are nowadays
