    What's the most independent stand alone sportsbook not connected to other books?

    Is there one particular sportsbook that's so independent where they do their own payment processing and aren't located in Costa Rica where they are in a country the USA justice system doesn't have on their radar screen?Some little independent book that's rock solid that won't screw you because you didn't fulfill some makeup playthrough from some sister's,sister's affiliated sportsbook?

    Has anyone ever bet at the little bars that run sportsbooks in the Dominican Republic?How are the rules,payouts.etc.there?

    I mean Bookmaker would be that ONE book they are the cathedral of the offshore biz but their offerings arent the best
