Felix Hernandez absolutely owns the Rays in his career and I don't see that changing. Here are the numbers as a team.
.163/.240/.185! .185 slugging! Longoria is the only one to hit the guy somewhat decently and he is just 5-14 with 5 singles.
Carlos Pena, BJ Upton, Luke Scott, Ben Zobrist, Jose Molina all have an OPS under .500 against him.
On the other side of this, Hellickson has been equally good against Mariners' batters (but then again, who doesn't pitch well against Mariners batters?)
.194/.217/.239 for them against Hellickson... Hellickson rock solid at home. 0.61 ERA at home this year in 2 starts following up last year's 2.54 ERA at home.
