I trust Ryan Grigson (Colts GM)....guy is pretty damn sharp but the O-line still needs some work b4 Luck or TRich can fully show what they can do. Indy plays at KC in week 16....that might be for the last playoff spot although Houston has gone about as far as they can with Schaub.

The entire league is wondering what the hell he was thinking trading a first rounder.

Guy is a complete bust, and I think Indy is finally realizing that they over-paid for him. You know you suck when Donald Brown gets more carries than you.

Not every player that succeeds at the NFL level does so from day 1. Richardson had to overcome an injury that kept him out of much of the preseason and was only a few games into his rookie season before getting traded and having to learn a whole new set of coaches, plays, protections, & personnel. That's a tough environment for a rookie. Eventually he's going to have a breakout game and live up to his potential.

he's actually doing what they want him to do tonight, run up the middle, use up the clock, and help open up the passing game

Everybody was laughing at the Browns for getting ripped off. I told people that it was a fair trade, yes, now it looks like the Browns won.

In today's game you need a running back who can not only run the football but catch out of the backfield and pass block. He should do fine as a workhorse back but he will never turn out to be worthy of a number 3 overall selection.

Running backs are a dime a dozen nowadays:

    Foster (undrafted)
    Rice (late 2nd round)
    Jones-Drew (late 2nd round)
    McCoy (late 2nd round)
    Gore (3rd round)

I could go on and on and on and on. The only early draft pick I can think of is Adrian Peterson and T-Rich doesn't even come close to Peterson.

This will go down as an awful pick. Not saying he will be a bust but you don't use 3rd overall selections on running backs unless they are once in a generation.
ive been saying this all year as well.....right on the $$ wizzle. the browns are geniuses.

Yea TK he's such a lunk. The red flags were officially raised when Browns trade last years #3 for a what will be a mid to late rounder next year.

Word is he just doesn't care and nobody likes him which is part of the reason Cleveland got rid of him. No ambition. No drive. No nothing. Just show up and get paid. He's guaranteed a couple million next year and in 2015 he gets 3 million. That's the final year of his contract and you can probably bet your life savings he will rush for over 1,000 yards and score 15 touchdowns in 2015 because this is what losers and abusers do.

There's gotta be something wrong with him if the Browns are willing to cut bait after 1 season.

When was the last time an Alabama running back was any good? The only one comes to mind was former Broncos running Bobby Humphrey who had b2b 1,000 yard seasons and actually played in a Super bowl.

Good point. richardson (Heisman winner) is the third RB on the Saints.

OP just throws darts as his outlook of guys early on and hopes some of them make him look smart

he also said this about Luck... just hoping it would stick but sorry pal, was just some growing pains in a few games after Wayne went down. how you would say this after his rookie year and the early season victories over 3 SB contenders...who knows?
