Other the the NYJ who expressed interest but didn't have the assets to trade up, was there anyone who would of traded up with Minnesota to take Richardson?
I'm of the belief they (Cleveland) could of gotten him at #4.
Perhaps Tampa Bay but still not sure they would trade up ....
