    Bwin disabled account

hi, i registered with BWIN about 2 months ago then i recommended it to my cousin which lives in the same address as me. We both play in the casino only and we have deposited money and withdraw money without any problems. But suddenly today both accounts are disabled.

I have called them and they said there is no reason why it has been disabled and we have all the ID and CC front and back.

Does anyone know why is this happening ?

    thanks

i did not collect a bonus, neither did he. I dont understand what is the problem if more than 1 person registers per household.

People try to use multiple accounts to circumvent limits, shift money from one account to another, etc. I'm not sure any sportsbooks allow multiple accounts from the same household.

If you think about it, say I'm playing at a book that only allows me to bet $500 on a certain line. I can get my mother/brother/son to also place the bet on their account so I can now bet $1000 on it. If books allowed people in the same household to have accounts, then there wouldn't be much point to even having sportsbook limits or bonuses because everyone would just work around them. Others try to use multiple accounts to shift fraudulent money between accounts to wash it.

You're fukking dumb if you don't know the fukking rule that "only one account per household is allowed".

It doesn't matter what you were betting up until this point. The fact that is that multiple accounts were created from your household. You can try filling out an SBR Complaint Form and see if that helps out but unless you believe they've stolen money from you somehow, I'm not sure I see the point as sportsbooks can refuse play from whomever they want and this is one of the common reasons why they do.

They even state it in their Terms and Conditions. Good luck.

I just gave them a call and customer service said "It doesn't matter if its 2 diferrent people register at the same address as long as they are not the same people but it will take time to investigate"

    So I'm waiting.

Maybe take a look at their T&C's when you get a chance so you can get a sense of where they're coming from so you don't get frustrated if it takes a bit of time. Basically they say that you can counteract this account closure by proving "without doubt that the account holders are different people and that all stipulations in the General T&Cs have been met". They mention in the next section about "multiple simultaneous participation in games..." which you say didn't happen. So my guess is that they might make you jump through some hoops but as long as those two accounts haven't and don't interact with each other, you'll be ok eventually.

For me is shocking that a person who has more than 21 000 posts on this forum is in doubt regarding multiple acocunts on sportsbooks. You will be more useful if you will stop giving advices to other players because you obviously don't know anything about basic and trivial thing like having multiple account on one sportsbook from the same family. Have you ever read any T&C man???
In short: Every book allows other family members to join and I have newer heard that someone got his account closed simply because other family member joined the same sportsbook before. When it comes to promotions and bonuses, things are little different, because many of them don't allow for other family members to use promotions and bonuses, but this is whole other thing.
