    It does pay ...

    an example this week ...

Serbia - Bosnia for under was 1.6 with bet365 and 1.7 with eurobet so I bet with eurobet.

This is not unusual and if you move around your bets like this just, say, four times then the compounded returns can be dramatic ...

    bet365 ... took equivalently priced bets 4 times 1.6 x 1.6 x 1.6 x1.6 = 6.55

    eurobet ... 1.7 x 1.7 x 1.7 x 1.7 = 8,35

Just using more than one bookie 4 times to get higher odds on such a bet has left the bank 27% higher

If you were betting 20 stakes, bet365 balance would be 131 = 111 profit

If you were using eurobet, balance is 167, profit = 147.

But, as this thread is saying, I do agree that if you have so many books you can end up putting all your energy into managing your books rather than trying to find winners.

Just what I said, I opened an account with them first because the Jersey promotion sounds good, and I wanted to put big money on Cards anyways, so I will get a Pujols Jersey for free...

I wrote I bet with the mentioned 6 bookies for a long time, but when I register a bookie for a promotion / bonus, I never leave the bookie just after taking the promo, first I try them out, if it's worth to bet with them in the future or not....

ps: I don't have any interest with any bookie....it would be a little hard to find a bookie who needs somebody to work for them from Hungary....if there is bookie with such an idea, of course they can contact me and we can talk about it

I will let you know what's with them, if I receive my winnings (if there will be any) correctly....What I know is, they are a new bookie (?), they are in connection with Worldgaming (D+ by SBR......), the homepage is so-so, the oddses are not bad but not the best, the Customer Service is fast and correct, they offer 4 free withdrawal/month, and the promo offers seem to be good...

Yes, you are right, it's always a little risky...this time I will try it and hope the best.

Also you mentioned you like betting on eur soccer.

    What's you opinion about Gamebookers?

They still seem the best for me for Eur soccer, because IMHO they offer the largest variety of bets (for example I can bet for hungarian football which is very rare), and the payfriends and p2p + the cashback options are good too....

The thing with gamebookers is they charge for withdrawals ... I really do not like that. Especially when you first join a book, I like to test the withdrawals until I feel comfortable.

Also, is it gamebookers who charge 5% on any Asian handicaps for returns of stake?

Fixxer ... you should look at bet365. They have a good promotion and are reliable 100% and a massive range of bets. If you open for the bonuses, make sure you do it carefully as I had some trouble getting it (I did in the end, and 50 compensation!!). I dont think they have Hungarian football (Im not sure .. they have Scandanavian, US, South American, Japanese, etc though).

Bet365 is my favourite bookie, just not for soccer.

Yes, I don't like the withdrawal fee too, but if you are a golden member, there are at least 1 free withdrawal per month + the 1% cashback for all bets made...+I often sell money via payfriends to my friends who want to deposit to gb, which is the fastest way of withdrawal
Of course this is not usable for big withdrawals, but 1 free is enough for me....

My problem with Bet365 is that they offer far less options to bet than gamebookers, far less type of bet...(hmm the only type I miss from GB is the DNB)...how is it possible, that Bet365, one of the biggest bookies are not offering for example double chances....GB has a few bet types which I rarely see at any other bookies for Eu. soccer (Winning margin, to score/not to score)....+ they are offering oddses for "exotic" leagues, and they make mistakes with these oddses....

+ Somehow the live betting oddsmakers think very differently in GB and in Playit, so it's often possible to make surebets with these too (+Betfair as third...)....+ the live oddsmaker of GB often falls asleep....

As for Playit, they offer live betting to nearly all Spanish/German/Italian games, which I bet most....

Yeah, fixer, I think we have different betting needs ... I love asians, etc and never bet live (I double-think too much to get any value).

Is playit any good? Is it safe?

I see people with 10 books and I wonder how much they keep in each book.

I only use bookies who use Moneybookers, so this way I can send the money easily from one book to the other (nearly) instantly, so I don't have to keep large ammount of money with each book I want to bet with...

It's completely safe, it's just the same as Betandwin, just they don't lower your betting limits as Betandwin does....they offer the same promotions, same bonuses, their CS is far more faster, and they have Supertoto too...(for example promo till Friday deposit 10 EUR, receive + 10 EUR, +they have referral bonus too)...they offer Casino bonuses (+50% with 20x rollover nearly every week)

Playit is a good bookie for eu. soccer, you should check it....

    natrass,
SJ is ok and i use a debit card there, but betoto gives better odds in 90% of events.
Paddy power also ok, i use my cc, but again same situation like SJ plus many times i dont find the +-2,5 goals that i like.
Eurobet i m not registered there

    raiders72001,
Ladbrokes cant compete the rest of my bookies and exchanges, but i use it from time to time.

I currently have one and am looking to expand. I'm on Heritage. My question is how much is safe to leave in the books? I don't live off my betting (it's more a 401K). The woman has no clue what I'm doing and I don't want her to or she'll talk about how much we need the money . . blah, blah, blah.

My original thought was to keep no more than 3 of the max allowable bets at any book at any time. Is that too much?

Talk about a blast from the past. I remember this thread, it was started by the coach after he hit up 3 glory holes in Camden, NJ and contracted 6 STD's.

BTW coach, Any of those new experimental drugs working to cure that case of herpes you contracted from this incident?

All joking aside though. You can never have enough outs.
