    agreed...... goalies need to stay in the net. if they are going to come out and play the puck they should be fair game and have the same rules apply like everyone else

    Exactly. And there are usually only two on the roster so most teams would send a goon to run the starter and have the back up in the game. And what if he gets run? You get a win via forfeit. Would ruin the game.
