LMAO not sure if that is supposed to be a joke or not. But of those 10 only one has shown even a basic understanding of sports gambling and even that guy has serious flaws in his approach. The others are the typical windbag idiots that inhabit these forums and have for ever.

If you gave all of them a mythical 100K bankroll at the start of a calender year and told them to have at it the odds wouldnt be to see who made the most money it would be to see who went broke last.

wantitall4moi i respect your opinions for the most part

but i have always wondered why some of the smartest people here never went pro. i know why you wouldn't now, there's just not that much value in it. but the benefits used to be great with no cost.

so i guess it's all well and good to be a winning capper/bonus whore, but shouldn't you take advantage of everything you can in life?

i go to bed happy if i even squeezed 200 free points out of a day at sbr, with as much money as i have $10 is pretty insignificant, but i have always felt that people that ignored small piles of money never have big piles of money.

there is a 'cost', once you sign up with a sponsor book here this place knows everything about you. They also get kick backs from all your losses. The fact that this place can offer such nice 'freebies' for points is basically proof that it is filled with a bunch of losers who lose a lot of money to casinos. More than enough to keep this place up and running as well as pay for the perks in the points store. If it wasnt they wouldnt offer it. Despite what guys want to think people who are running a 'business' dont do shit out of the kindness of their hearts.

I have never been a bonus whore or a freebie guy. I certainly dont need people knowing everything about me or having the ability to track my wagers across a bunch of books.

If you think the 'price' is worth it then it is worth it to you. Privacy is semi important to me, at least the privacy afforded by keeping my betting stuff as secret as possible. But trust me all these things people think theyre getting for free come at a cost that may or may not be immediately realized.

    I resemble that remark!!

Wanti.....please, pal....get the fukk over yourself already.

I realize you take the cyberworld very seriously, considering your vast experience with online reviews of "your dates" that were posted here recently. But a lot of us don't take this place quite so seriously. Its a fukkin internet chit-chat room. You sound like a complete douche when you come on here bragging about how sharp you are and how much money you have.

I realize this stings, Wanti. But its for your own personal growth, pal.

LOL pot kettle I suppose. But who is a bigger douche a guy who alludes to it or a guy who goes as far as to post photos of all the shit he does with his money to basically 'prove' he has it?

I guess I am old school forum type a guy who talks about sports betting or sports in general. I have actually made a lot of money doing it guys could probably benefit from listening.Unfortunately too many things get in the way, that is to be expected I guess.

But you said it best, it is a chit chat room. But you left out the part 'for story tellers and guys who believe in fairy tales'. I have been posting on the internet since 1996 nonstop excepting the months I spent in prison. I have always kept the same approach and the same mindset. there are years worth of anecdotal results and approaches to look at, most of them extremely accurate. Since I am still here with the same handle (didnt need to change it because I buried it) that says a lot, at least to me.

Guys that want to learn can learn something the ones that dont are always the easiest to identify, theyre also the ones that dont really gamble but just come here because they dont have anything else going on in their lives.

I'd definitely have to give you the nod as the bigger douche.

I dont brag about it I cite it as the product of KNOWING how to gamble and make money betting sports. Not to say how 'rich' I am. Big difference. BECAUSE I made the money I have gambling is a reason to listen and take what I say to heart.

Since just about everyone loses their asses gambling listening to a guy who made as much as I did would probably be a good start in turning a loser into at least someone with a basic understanding of how to turn a profit.

Forums have always been the same, the same guys with locks and 'cant loses' all trying to make the biggest splash with the most outrageous comments. I might say some outlandish things but theyre all based on knowledge and some background.

Saying the lakers would be a lottery team wasnt too far off. Despite where they are now the last 8 games they have could easily be a 1-7 record, which if the other teams in the west all keep winning could make it very interesting. They surely havent performed anywhere near the level people thought they would. So regardless of whether they make the play offs or not I was pretty accurate with that 'crazy' statement. I surely made more money betting against them than I thought I wold thats for sure. But I suppose had I said "lakers will be 30% against the spread this year" it would have been more intelligent? Whats the difference? Tehy are worse than everyone thought they would be that is why they are in the ATS shape theyre in. If people all knew they sucked the lines would have moved enough to balance that out or at least books would have posted some more realistic numbers on them instead of habitually over valuing them because they know everyone bets them regardless. But you want the irony? Lakers are undervalued tonight and they probably cover that 10 points. I surely wouldnt lay the 10 with Spurs thats for sure even though this years Spurs are 38-17 ATS and 22-4-1 ATS at home as a favorite this year.
