    It's been giving me issues all morning as well. Every time I'm actually able to log in my cash back box has a different amount or is completely gone all together, so I'm sure the downtime is related to getting everyone their cashback reward this morning.

    I can't logon either. I was on live chat for another issue and they said other members were not having problems when I could not logon???

    Also tried calling a few times. Automated menu keeps telling me my acct number is incorrect (which it isnt). So cant get thru on phone either. Not sure what is going on

    Was able to log in thru my cell but not on the iPad..told the girl that thru live chat...she said cash back will be done today..they are workin on it..
