Excellent lifter and it looks like all those lifts were done raw which makes it even more impressive! One point I did see is that he turns his elbows out to quick on the bench decreasing his power. Strong dude much respect

i ran independant. i was in boston and was even with 10.2 sprinters for the first 40m but i didnt have the top speed to close the deal because i could train everyday.

in high school i only ran 10.8 but after weight training i took off. was fun but only the 10.0 guys have futures

    Not that impressive...

    I have a friend that squats 950+ and bench's 600+...

With a few months of training I could easily do what this dude is doing.

Yeah really not that impressive. He's 220lbs... His lifts are the same as a casual powerlifter of that weight. The only thing I can give him is that he did the lifts fairly easily, so maybe these aren't really his maxes.

the avg guy at TT's gym can do 450 cause they gotta lift him off the bench all the time, after he does 1 set to failure then eats some doritos and falls asleep on the bench.

you should make a vid at your gym TT

sets don't cause growth and strength, someday you'll figure it out and have an open mind about it. The stimulus responsible for increasing size and strength is the last rep of a set carried to failure

315 for ten is a cake walk for me. volume trainining is so easy , i can literally hold my breath doing it.

Doing 1 set to failure is ten times harder then doing volume training.

Why not 30 or 34 sets?

I did alot of HIT in my early years and laughed at those that did volume and thought it was easy.

till I tried a 10x10 German Volume Routine.

10 sets of 10 reps of squats or power cleans with 60 secs break is no joke

Bozo, you would have a heart attack if you tried volume/pyramid training..

And volume increases blood flow to the muscle, which stretches out the fascia, which lets the muscle grow you schmuck.

Also, I love the fat fukks that go in the gym and start squatting 405 right away, months later their knees hurt, while their legs still look like shit.......but they are stronger.

I dont do the german volume, but all my sets are 60 seconds rest with moderate to-light heavy weight.

wrong wrong wrong king mayan, your so totally way off its unreal. your just too stubborn. If you go to the bash i guarantee you can't even get through one of my workouts.

I get challenged all the time.I'll do a volume routine to prove a point and people are like, uh you didn't even break a sweat. Im like , uh, yeh volume is easy.

1set to failure is ten times harder then one set and your a moron if you think that means walk up to the weight do 1 set and quit.

    Last chest routine.
Incline dumbell press : 20 pound dumbells for 10 reps
    40 pounds for 6 reps
    80 pounds for 2 reps
    100's for 1 rep
    120s for 1 rep
    140 : 1 set to failure 8 -10 reps
Remember what you did and next workout go up in weight or reps

That is hit training, warmup sets and 1 set to failure

yeah GVT was just my first foray into volume, and I was amazed at my results after close to a decade of HIT low volume...

there is no doubt that there is more than one way to skin a cat in terms of stimulating growth actual actin and mysin tissue growth....

but with volume you also get the increased blood tissue growth you mentioned from the increased blood flow, but sarcoplasm and intracellular water and fluid retention ect.

HIT was great for when I competed in sports where I needed to be in weight class ect, but I think you need a bit of both

Finding-Out HOW FAT "YOU" ARE Should COST Somewhere Between $0.00 & ZILTCH!

My Friend Just Paid $20 to Get Her "BMI" (Body Mass Index) Tested at the Gym. After she found out it was "31", she called me and asked "Franny, Does this mean I'm FAT?" I replied, "WAKE The #*%# UP!"

I'll say it again: "WHO CARES WHAT YOUR BMI IS!!!! Physiologically, the “BMI" doesn't make sense. It makes no allowance for the relative proportions of bone, muscle, and fat in the body. For example, bone is denser than muscle and twice as dense as fat, so a person with strong bones, good muscle tone and low fat will have a high BMI. Therefore, athletes and fit individuals who work out a lot tend to find themselves classified as overweight, or even obese. Think about it...it's pure NONSENSE!

The Bathroom Scale can also be deceiving if used on a "daily" basis...mostly because of fluid retention fluctuations, bowel content, etc...

HERE'S A "FREE" FAT-TEST? Get NAKED...Look at yourself in a full-length mirror. If your first reaction is "UGH!"...you're probably too FAT. Now jump up n' down a little. See that "jiggle?" NOTHING tells you - better than this - how FAT you REALLY ARE!

Finding out how FAT you ARE should ONLY COST YOU somewhere between "Zilch" and $0.00 - Really. Please "Share" this with your "not-so-smart" friends.

STOP Scratching those HUGE MUSCLE Lottery Tickets! Guys, It's Time to Face the ODDS and FACTS.

The “Truth” that most muscle-pumping Gym-goers don’t want to hear is this: 99.9% of the estimated world-population DO NOT possess the same favorable genetic-makeup factors as the Muscle Magazine Gods. And, SUPPLEMENTS aren't going to get you somewhere in the sport where your own DNA won't allow you to go; Hell, even steroids will NOT make you HUGE if the "Genetics Gods" dealt you a pair of 2's instead of a straight-flush.

What genetic factors? For starters, World-class bodybuilders are generally Mesomorph Prototypes. Body-type, muscle-fiber type, inherent muscle-shape, muscle-belly cross-widths, and natural testosterone-levels, are just a few things that separate "them" from the rest of us.

What most “average Joe’s” don’t realize is this: If you do not possess the before-mentioned genetic attributes, even steroid-use will NOT make you develop huge, freaky muscles. And you can FORGET all the SUPPLEMENTS being sold buy clueless "muscle-gurus" in your gym. HUGE bodybuilders SELL SUPPLEMENTS because "they can". In other words, they're REALLY selling "YOU CAN LOOK LIKE ME!" Sorry. Again, if you're born with a "Marathoners" body, you'll never be an NFL Defensive Tackle, no matter how hard you train, or what you "take".

I’ve heard too many Gym Dudes say, “I could look like the guys in the magazines if I took steroids like they do!” The truth is, NO YOU COULDN’T! The freaks you see in muscle-mags have both, the favorable genetics (i.e., Prototype Mesomorph Physiques), “and” they take steroids. Both are crucially important and necessary if you want to one-day grace the Olympia stage.

Hey look, am I going to change the minds of the guys n’ girls working out at my gym, and who religiously follow every new training routine that is splashed across the cover of this month’s Muscle Mag...and then, when they're NOT getting huge fast enough, turn to worthless supplements or steroids? Probably not.

Bottom line: Take the time to learn a bit about proper exercise-science, and adopt a practical eating strategy too. You'll save a ton of money and avoid tons of frustration. How BIG can you get? Who the f**k knows! The chips will fall where they may. I wish the "truth" was a bit sexier than this. Sorry, it's not. But, this IS the unadulterated truth.
