Tim Tebow picked NY Jets over Jags before trade

Despite him saying he had no say, Elway gave him full awareness of what's going on. Jacksonville actually offered the same 4th and 6th round picks as the Jets but were lower in the draft than the Jets. Elway gave him a choice of the two, and Tebow probably chose the Jets because he thinks Sanchez is the easiest guy to replace, where in Jacksonville he got Blaine Gabbert and Chad Henne to compete against.

Tebow and his large entourage of handlers are all about marketing and publicity. His humble and goody persona they feed to the sheep in the media is mostly a facade and largely BS.

He made the more sound business and football decision. It wasn't but two years ago that Jacksonville was talked about being sold and moved to another state? They can't even sellout their stadium, and from a football perspective, when's the last time they won a significant game? NY has a far more talented team right now.
