    willhill, paddy power- very similar too bet365 in terms of live props and all kind of sucker bets.
    Sbobet and 188bet - they are live bet kings, but only asian handicap markets

    Euro sports every Euro book is good

    American Sports..........12bet and sbobet have a lot of games

    Way to much

    Now non Americans have Betfair and Pinnacle as far as low juice

    Then your next two options are sbobet and 12bet excluding bet365

    Still, if you use 4-5 Euro books at the same time, for live-betting, you might get some good odds, even for USA sports.

    bwin offers every us sport including minor league baseball and hockey. it has far more us sports offerings than your favorite us books like rebate wager.

    durito any US books you know of take bets on AHL hockey? I always found amusing the fact that the majority of European sites have odds on this, but none of the sites that service people who actually attend the games.

    As far as live betting options go Will Hill is OK .. but not as good as Bet365
    I have heard Ladbrokes is ok for live betting.

    Depends on what you bet for i.e for soccer you have paddypower which has a lot of matches also victorchandler is good but they limit you very soon.

    There all the same for soccer in Europe as far as soccer
    All have tons of games

    Although if you bet live soccer you need accounts at 12bet and sbobet
