It's not going to change the certification of the state results.

Only thing that can change is that the election is decided based on how the electoral college votes. Those electors legally can vote for anyone. That's the system. They were given that free agency just in case the the people made a grave mistake.

Nobody saying anything was rigged. Recount is part of the process. Hillary conceded and nobody is getting in Trump's way. Why get all worked up about details. Ultimately the election is up to the electoral college on 12/19 - that's how it works.

The electronic voting machines are not connected to the internet anywhere in the country , so are you suggesting Russians broke into the supervisor of elections offices in three states and went through every machine and changed the votes? That's what the left is basically saying and anyway you look at it that's a lot of Russians sneaking around small town America breaking into offices without be noticed sounds like that's kind of far fetched
