    Heritage is a good book. They offer a lot of sports, they have reduced juice, highish limits, quick payouts, good bonuses/promos, and are reliable. What else do you want? The things people will bitch about...
    While I agree that its not "Clinton's" fault that I can't get that information - my original post is directed at Heritage. That point stands - what book won't tell its customer's what they can bet on, before that customer sends off their personal details. Especially given that the book can then on-sell that information to shit talking touts and boiler rooms etc. The amount of crap I get in my email already from books who at least allow me to beat them out of money is enough, let alone also giving that information to a book that may hold no value to me at all.

    Just received email about small cash back program every quarter and buy/sell points up to 2.5. Also March Madness contest. Cash back is win or lose.

    I love how JJ chimes in every topic, but doesn't play or even have a fuckin clue about any of these books.

    JJ, CS is a C? WHATTTT? Best CS in the business and always has been.

    Example....My information for all my sportsbooks was hacked. It happened to 5dimes, Heritage, Bet Islands and Bet Online accounts.... Afterwards, I found out that it was a keylogger so I threw my computer away and bought a new one. Money was transferred from my 3 major accounts (5dimes, BI and Heritage) and bets were placed that had no chance of winning.

    5Dimes- Reversed the transfer, changed the password, and put restrictions on my account that say money can't be transferred/withdrawn without going through necessary steps that only I would know.

    Bet Islands- About 1500 in bets were placed on random soccer leagues that I didn't do... At first, the CS told me the bets had to stand and nothing could be done.... After arguing, they reversed the bets and made me do a new password. I asked several times for a new User Account so I could start from scratch with no info out but they refused and said it could not happen. Very disappointing.... and TBH, don't feel comfortable with too much money on there.

    Heritage- Jimi, Mike and Murphy went well beyond what they needed to do. Transfers were made from my account, AND bets.... they looked into, obviously knew it wasn't me and had every CS on the book there helping me figure out what was going. They changed the account not once, but twice, in requests for me. They gave me new passwords.... They agreed to make my account phone-only until I figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Anytime any kind of payout or transfer came back, they said they have to talk to Jimi or Murphy directly because they know me and what I sound like/how I talk.

    Heritage went well beyond what they had to do like they always have over the years. I am up over 5 figures on them lifetime, and they still did all of that.

    Best customer service in the industry.

    Every time I have talked to Mike he has helped me out IMMEDIATELY. He doesn't play games, doesn't put you on hold forever, is hardly ever "not available or on the phone"...etc.

    In my dealings with different books Mike is identical in the way of helpfulness as Scotty was at BetJM.

    If you can't get it fixed/dealt with thru Mike something is wrong. I understand you can't always go through Mike/upper management but in the rarity that it's needed they never make a fuss about it.
