I could definitely 'see' that being a woman. Furthermore, if you were a man making a bunch of fake identities, why would you make one a female, knowing you might have to speak on the phone with whatever books you were trying to scam? The player should be paid regardless, but did you ask the player if she would be willing to make a video that would be shared with only SBR and Betsson, where she would say something like 'Hello, my name is ___________ and this is my ID card' and holds up the ID card next to her face? Betsson wouldn't have a leg to stand on if she did that.
Very hard to tell if that voice is male or female, but that doesn't really matter. No book should be able to take all your money because your voice didn't sound like they thought it should. But that's what happens when you play at some shitty book like Betsson.
Betsson, the other companies under Betsson AB and white labels have gone mad with verifications in the last couple of weeks. Taking sometimes a week to verify ID and declining documents when they are perfectly fine. The withdrawal time has gone up from under 24hr to 2-3 or more days.
