    mayan is wrong guy to ask, bodybuilders shouldn't be doing flat bench press and he doesnt' train to failure

    But it is a joke, and so is that standing long jump. No wonder nfl injuries are way up. I thought one guy was gonna have his ribs broken

    ttwarrior.........since you tried out and were offered a position on the semi-pro team...I'm curious about the following:

    how much can you bench (if you don't max out.....just estimate)?

    What's your standing long jump like?

    Last time I max- benched was about a year abd a half ago. Did 365. I never had a great bench-press. Should be lifting more considering my size and how many days I spent tin the gym. I tore my biceps in a fight, and never was able to consistantly do flat benches since. Just dumbells for me now.

    I was in a NY State sanctioned power lifting competition when in the pen. 0 of those reps would have counted.
