    advice on being down early

    so im a fairly new sports gambler, now unfortunately I'm down about half my bankroll, already this week. (i know poor money management) so i guess what i really want to know from some veteran gamblers is would you try and make it all back on one big bet, or spread it our and try coming back slowly?
