I remember when Arsenal used to dominate...

Now they're lucky to be 4th in the league. Good to see it though, used to fill their team with a bunch of non-English thugs. Villains of the league IMO

Arsenal might as well use youth team for return game vs milan. No way to turn around 0-4.

I can't believe how terrible they are now, and I am sure Van Persie will want to leave, he is 28 years old and doesn't have much time left to try out another team or League, I'd like him to finish the season with the golden boot and move to another english team, though I doubt he would do that.

They have always had a group of good players like Overmars, Petit, Viera, Bergkamp, Henry, Adams, Fabregas, Nasri, Wright.

This current squad, only Van Persie is of this calibre.

I have an Arsenal shirt with his name on it in my closet. Last time I wore it, I was about 12 or 13 years old

Ibrahimovic and Robinho played up front, Ibra was a monster in that game

And it isn't Van Persies fault if he has nothing to work other than left over scraps, the Arsenal midfield is woeful, last season they had Nasri and Fabregas, and Wilshire. This season it is Arteta, Ramsay and Rosicky.

There are too many failed players at Arsenal and Wenger needs to clear it all out.

Well they have been fairly tight fisted with the large amount they owed for the new stadium and obviously they Arshavin signing has been a Torres-level disaster.

but the are fairly loaded with young players like Willshire(20), Ramsey(21), Walcott(22) and Oxlade-Chamberlain(18). But the injuries have also hurt them forcing Willshire to miss the season and Ramsey to often be force to fullback, added with the defection of Nasri to ManCity's bench has left Arsenal lacking ability to really get the ball through midfield .

Ramsay and Walcott are horrible, arshavin, rosicky, arteta, mertesacker, djourou, Almunia, Squilacci are also poor, the whole squad needs changing IMO

Van Persie, Koscielny and Szczesny are their best players

The funniest thing is the manutd they used to challenge with is still there with new challenge from mancity. The truth is Fergie & Wenger need to leave, they are too sturborn. Buy qualities instead of average mediocre players.

buying quality players has nothing to do with the managers most of the time, how can Fergie buy quality players when these cun'ts the glazers dont give any money ?
