Told by whom? Sounds like Monday morning quarterbacking to me. Are you referring to the August 2009 e-mail that was talking about cash flow problems for a Solyndra subsidiary? Again, we're still just talking about one company that failed out of dozens of loan guarantees.
As far as the study from universities, yep, that's what I thought, when smart people do studies they must be liberal biased, but when one person says the company is gonna fail it must be the truth because hey, it turned out to be true.
If oil works so well why do the oil companies still get subsidies when they are pulling in record profits? Why are we paying oil companies to drill? Why are Republicans so reluctant to stop these subsidies?
Is oil an unlimited resource? Should we not be trying to develop alternative renewable energy sources? Should we just pass the buck onto our children who won't be able to do shit because we've run out of oil and haven't invested in technologies that are sustainable?
