so there i am having a nice dinner with my gf at some cozy romantic restaurant..blah blah blah..anyways i had a 500 parlay going with raptors ml and under and 2nd half fla...thought i was home free..but bam i watch the updates on the phone and i see the the gamecast with the Lin 3 with .9 secs..so im pretty disgusted..i didnt lose my cool though..i just smiled and i remarked to my chic hey that rooster_eater lin got lucky again, she knows i gamble...of course the dude at the next table hears me and is like really and i tell him what happened..blah blah..he's like yea man way to go knicks..me of course im seething inside..anyways i shake it off cause i had one bullet left in the arsenal..a bullshit open freeplay that i had 3 winners in on and needed 2 more..so i make the final 2 picks in haste..and as the dinner is winding down i see the disgusting update that sent me over the edge..freakin trash pacific up by 1 gives up a bucket with 35 sec left...then they come down miss a layup..get an off reb..miss another layup..get another reb and get a layup blocked at the buzzer...cant begin to explain the anger i felt..

The gambling portion of the story is the exact reason I quit playing parlays. I always miss by one, be it a three teamer, or a 15 teamer.

Quite a few games finished quite close to the spreads or ML today. What is incredible part of the story? I'm a bit lost here... it wasn't like some of the debacles of the last week with OKC and Port etc... just a standard losing bet. Hopefully just part of the 47% of them or so.
