Liberal's see taxed income as belonging to Government , it was the govt's to begin with therefore reducing one's taxes is a handout to the individual or Corp. Liberals equate a govt handout (food stamps for example) to reducing the tax burden on the ones whom earned the money.

28-30 million Americans were on food stamps when Bush left office but that number has exploded upward under Obama. Up 50%. We now have 46.3 million Americans on food stamps. It's shameful. That's why Gingrich called Obama the food stamp president.
