Fact: I am a winning poker player, have been for 4 of the 7 years i have been playing (last four). I have been playing all the time and this is the only reason i dont have a job and am still able to bet money on sports
Fact: I am a losing sports better.
So with the above info one would assume i would just stick to poker but ive gotten so comfortable with it that it seems so much like a job that i dont even like it anymore. Driving down to foxwoods to play 2-5 or 5-10 used to be my dream and now its a chore. Odds are ill have a winning day or at least winning month but it has become too much like punching in and out
On the other hand i suck at sports betting but have an intense love for it like im sure most of us here.
I graduated college with a double major accounting and stats and just want you opinion here:
Is it worth even trying to put the effort in to becoming a profitable sports bettor or should i just stick to poker 8 hours a day and gamble on sports at night like i do now?
Normally i can succeed at what i am passinate about but i just feel these line makers mixed with the vig make sports betting just to dam hard to profit at
makes poker seem easy
thoughts?
