Was heading over there to play poker when on a 2 way 1 lane street at 40 mph the bitch in front of me decides to make a Uturn and slam into me and total my car. So i sat down ordered like 6 rounds for 4 people i probably had 12 drinks myself. Just hoping i didnt puke on the table..... Haha. I went with 1700 and amazingly i have 1100 in my wallet.*

But main **** you is my car. This dumb bitch was reckless driving i already had a DUI and a accident on ky record. I was 3 months from getting it iff my record and this girl makes a uturn and i hit her. !!!!!!!! Insurance still goes up regardless of whoz at fault correct

i no ill at least be 10% at fault simply cause i have a ****** up driving record. ive been driving like a grandma for 2.5 years trying to get my driving record clean( 3 years in CA) then this shit happens. frustrating

technically i hit the car but i slammed on the breaks as this vehicle was making a U-turn on a 1 way street

Cops would not respond???---only time ive heard of that, is if accident is on private property like a parking lot---public street--they want to charge somebody ---fines=revenue source.

I called police gave info they said they were sending someone out. 5 min later i got another call from a cop saying they dont respond to accidents that dont involve injuries. Weird to me as well
