    Exactly. Griffin doesn't dunk, he dumps it in. A dunk should be defined as having some kind of enforced rim contact because that shows some kind of forward progress towards the net. Griffin stops well short and can't actually grip the rim. Sure it's technically a dunk but a purist would probably disagree.

    Someone should tell ESPN that this happened two days ago and it probably shouldn't continue to make up 99% of their broadcasts.
