    In that case you have no need to go with the Costa Rica books because you can play at all the best establishments.

    But which is best depends on what you want to bet on.

    Overall BetFair has the best coverage and odds but it's an exchange so depending on your game, liquidity could be an issue.

    If you're into US sports, Matchbook (also an exchange) is good for straight bets on the pro. sports and Pinnacle is by far the best of the bookmakers.

    For soccer you could use Betfair and Pinnacle but if into AH then SBOBet and 188Bet are your best options.

    For horse racing, Betfair is by far the best.

    All the Euro books will show competitive odds but if you show any talent they will limit you to betting in peanuts before too long.
