This "teams w winning records" stat is so obviously retarded. How do you think those teams GOT the losing records??? This just in, the Pats contributed by beatin their asses.

And anyway, they've won 10 in a row now with whoever the schedule-maker put in front of them, including setting records while throttling one playoff opponent and then out-physicaling an extremely tough winning-record team despite giving them three turnovers. So enough with that stupid shit. This is two excellent teams and it will probably come down to the chess match of the coaches.

And regarding the pressure, the Pats o-line has been stellar all year. Despite how good the Giants' pass rush is, the Pats o-line plus Solder and Gronk chipping will give Brady time on lots of occasions, enough to make plays.

They are better now than when they won in New England this year and their front four will make Brady's life a living hell like it always has.
the giants were outplayed yesterday, they can thank Kyle Williams for handing them the championship on a silver platter.............

Pats OL gave up 32 sacks in 16 games pal, NYG D had 48 sacks in the reg season

I think NYG will sack Brady at least 3 times

Can't really argue with you but NE got outplayed worse for what little thats worth. SF converted 1 third down for the game and got 3 yards receiving from their WRs so they didn't really deserve it either. As good as the SF defense was they got no turnovers out of 58 pass attempts as well. Brady better be lights out because no way New England WRs are going to be able to cover Nicks, Cruz, and Manningham on turf. Gronk is in a walking boot too....if he's half Roethslisberger out there then Giants by double digits

I'm not betting against Saints in the dome unless I see something special. There is no team that are so nasty at home. I bet the ML against 49ers though the first time, you can't win every bet you make. Giants have made me quite a bit of money this season already, if they win SB I will buy me a nice new premium car

What about Washington, Seattle, Washington, San Fran, Philly, Green Bay??

I doubt betting ATS or ML every game on the Giants made a lot of money.

If they win the SB I might buy something nice too.

I was on the Giants 2 losing games this year. Away against 49ers and home against Packers.

I am a Patriots fan, but surprised Pats are favored, just as I was surprised Pats were such a big favorite vs Ravens. Pressure up the middle by Giants front 4 was the difference 3 yrs ago and I fear it will go the same way this time. Fast indoor track is good for the pass rushers. Considering the last 2 NFL games were 3 point decisions, I much prefer the +3 to the +135. As a Patriots fan, I was really hoping it would be the 49'ers they faced in this Super Bowl, not the Giants.

The Pats offense is clicking right now between the 20's, even with Brady's below average game. Baltimore did a great job limiting to field goals, but the short passing, 2 tight end sets for New England is very difficult to stop. Their offense is better now than when they were in their little funk when these teams met the first time. The Giants should have no problem moving the football, but I don't see them outscoring the Patriots.

When something looks too good to be true it usually is.Priority #1 for Belichik will be to slow down NYG front 4.Shutting down Alex(I'm throwing to Vernon Davis or pulling it down and running)Smith and stopping T Brady who is probably going to hit 10 different guys are a little different. Also think when the pats lost in the superbowl they were cocky and they won't think they are unbeatable this time.I don't know yet what I'm gonna do but Giants ML seems too easy.

There is no coach better than Belichick when it comes to readjusting game plan to a team that beat them in a previous match up.......

Patriots 1 great tight end and 1 very good tight end, but big edge to Giants at wide receiver position. Giants also better D than Patriots. I agree that coaching edge goes to Patriots and Belichick. Advice to Giants, always double-team Wilfork on big plays. Big mistake by Ravens to not show Wilfork enough respect, what a beast.

when you placed your halftime bet on the 49ers yesterday, you even said there that the patriots wont beat the giants.

not sure why 55% of the "public" bets on the giants has made you think this is a "square" play and have to take the pats.
this hardly constitutes as a public play with just 55% on the giants.

wrong team is not favored but the line is getting ridiculous. -2.5 -116 5D and ML as low as -135

when does it stop, or maybe it wont

Last year it was thought PITT money would drive it back down after GB went to -3 and -150 ML from opening about -135, but it never came

You seem to have a selective memory or you haven't seem him actually play

Just one play that comes to mind is the very play that buried the Patriots 4 years ago.

I don't think there is even an argument any more of who the better team is, this makes three straight wins head-to-head and I think it's OK to count previous Super Bowl because teams haven't changed that much (if anything, Giants are slightly better now and Pats are slightly worse). Teams that bring pressure up the middle will always give Brady and Pats trouble. There aren't many teams in AFC built to do that, which is why New England has such a great record every year. One of the few exceptions is Steelers and you remember how that went.
