    Breaking News: Chip Kelly may go to Tampa Bay

    The article discusses how Chip Kelly is about to leave Oregon and head out to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

    On twitter today, SportsbyBrooks was twitting how Chip Kelly was organizing assistants to go with him to the NFL.

    One of the main issues that may come up is how Oregon was about to receive allegations towards improper contact w/ a Texas high school recruiter.

    What a terrible life decision and he'll look like a bigger putz than Pete Carroll if he takes off and then the school gets hung with some sort of penalty. These guys all come from the same pathetic gene pool.

    It's a done deal to the Bucs. Chip is leaving before impending sanctions cripple the ducks. It also sheds light on why Darron Thomas left.

    It's a PAC blueprint: Win as much as you can, while cheating as best you can, and chase a fat pay check in the pro's before the sanctions crush your program.

    The rest of the PAC, mainly UCLA/Arizona/USC will benefit from the recruits abandoning ship.

    Bucs will be praying for Raheem Morris' return after this chip Kelly stint. There are no Portland state's on the Bucs schedule.
