If you've met the roll, and fulfilled their ID requirements, the money is yours. Take it out in the amounts you want. I would request 2 wires for $9500.

yes it would be, however the difference here is that you were betting on a possibility of those two teams playing against each other and that possibility did not happen therefore making that specific wager a loss

If your selection (person, team, etc.) does not participate in the event for any reason, your bet is considered a loss.

I think this rule would apply under PROSPECTIVE wagers rule #8

If the PROSPECTIVE event does not take place the wagers will be no-actioned and all monies refunded. Events classified as PROSPECTIVE will be labeled as such on our website.

I've never had any issues with sportsbetting grading or getting withdrawals via wire, but I also would never keep $30k there either or any sportsbook for that matter.
