    As an amateur boxer with 12 years of ring expirience i must comment that the video with the 'shadow boxing' showcased the technique of someone with no or very poor training. 1. shoulders completeley square, which robs any and all punching power since youve taken away your ability to generate rotational torque 2. Common sense... get your hands up and your chin down. Lastly videos of weight lifting equate none whatsoever to your ability to fight, the classic 'punchers build' is of a very tall and lanky frame ie thomas hearns one of the most devestating one punch ko artists of all time. Based off those videos i'd take the other guy....
