    BET365 withdraw

    Hello everybody,

I would like to ask a question about sportsbook companies since I am new on betting online.

I made a deposit on Bet365 100 euros. There was a promotion bonus, and I recieved 100 euros.

I started betting and I was winning, then I lost some bets, but I managed to have 2300 euros on my account.

The bonus roll over was fullfilled long before I reached that ammount. I kept betting and I kept winning more than losing.

To see what happens if asking to withdraw the money, I was waitting about 5 working days but the money was never credited to my account. I was trying to loggin and the system did not accept my username and password as if my account never existed. It was only when I tried to reach them, that they told me that my account has been locked and thet they will reopen it if I send them some pappers. (na mail to inform me no notnig). They told me that it was a safety issue and that i have to do it in order to take my money.

So far ok, I understand that they have the right to do that (I suppose) but this is what they asked me for:

1)To take my self a picture holding my ID front and back.

    2) A copy of my ID.

    3) A second papper to prove mi id, passport(witch I don't have), driver licence (witch I don't have) or a birth certificate...witch I allready asked from the local department...

    4) A statement from the bank with my deposit to bet365 that has the logo, my name, the date, my andress (witch papper the bank I deposited from refuses to give me because they claim that they cannot print it in the papper they are asking...!!!!!!!! Still working on it. Went back there today again and they refused to give me the statement on a simple papper, claiming that this was infrigiment of privacy!!! But it is mine and I have the right to have it... DON'T I??? I will have to go back there tomorrow AGAIN.

    5) A personal code they send by post but I haven't recieved yet...

Are they serious? Is that what it takes to ask for a withdrawl? Any opinions here will be appreciated.

This happened last Thursday afternoon, but I didn't manage to send them so far, because of the bank issue...

    Welcome to SBR nick.

bet365 is super strict on verification which is really great as it protects our privacy but they need to protect themselves too... but once you verify once, you're set!

I live in Australia so this is my take on it for what it's worth: The picture holding your ID tends to be something asked of people residing in countries where they've experienced high levels of fraud. The two pieces of ID is pretty standard for them more recently. As is a statement from your bank if that's how you transferred money in. I used a card for my first deposit so I had to supply the front and back of that instead. And the personal code (known as the KYC) comes out to everyone. If you haven't received it in a reasonable amount of time - maybe 2 weeks? - you can always contact them and they'll send out another.

Oh - and it sounds like your bank is giving you a tough time for no reason!! I'm not sure if you have Internet banking but if you do, you could always just print off a statement from there showing the deposit to bet365. The kind of statement that banks would normally mail to your house if you don't opt out of paper statements.

I hope that helps a bit. I wouldn't be worried though... once you get through this first bit of hassle, you'll be paid and will be fine to withdraw in the future.

Okay I assume assume you're living in a country with a higher level of fraud. In this case you should have both these documents ready to go for the future:

    1) Get a passport - the major Gibraltar (and some of the Malta) licensed bookies can verify you from the code on the bottom of passport. This is the best ID to have when dealing with major bookies.
    2) Utility bill in own name - do not even think about gambling online if you don't have one of these.

Bet365 is a good option but verification is tough. Once this is settled some tips for future sites: If you live in Asia stick to sites licensed in Gibraltar, Isle of Man or Philippines. The only 2 exceptions to this are Bookmaker (email Asia support get cleared and verified first) and Pinnacle. If you live in Europe search for a site that deals in your local language and if not Euros one that offers local currency as well.. from there make sure the site is either 1) named Pinnacle Sports, or 2) is licensed in Gibraltar or Isle of Man or 3) is licensed in Malta and you've researched hem well enough to know they are legitimate.

If you live somewhere like Poland, Romania, Indonesia, Pakistan, Ukraine or about 3 dozen other countries bookies discriminate towards it is never a bad idea to email the site in advanced, share past experiences and tell them you'd like to become verified before you ever deposit at their site. Sucks this is the way it is it is but I've worked as a consultant for international gaming compliance and marketing for many years and do know for sure with many companies and countries this is the way it is.

It seems to me they require different things for different customers. I also fulfilled KYC at Bet365 and I did not have to send a picture of myself. I had them mail a snail mail to my home and send a screenshot of my Internet Bank with payment. Probably it depends on country you live or suspicion level?

Anyhow bet365 has always paid me and really quick. They are well off financially.

They are a good bookie and I suggest you to swallow your pride and do what they say. I believe it is worth it.

Nope, not exactly true. Not on the locking accounts from logging in or requiring photo holding ID, they obviously suspect fraud. This is reasonable but the only complaint is they are turtles resolving issues like this. Bet365 does have a good rep on a few smaller Chinese sites though - if are Chinese would seek them out - if not send them all that stuff and then file a complain here if still having an issue. At this point though sending them all that shit they asked for is the required step.

Thank u all very much for your answers! Sorry I m late but i've been banned from sbr as a spammer and I didn't know how to activate my account again. They told me something about hyperlinks and I didn't understand...

Your answers was really helpfull gyus! I finnaly got the papper from the bank and I sent everything they 've asked for today. So now I am waitting for them to contact me (I hope they will because they didn't do it when they locked my account...)

I am from Greece, I don't know if this is the normal procedure here but I really think that it is rediculous to even ask for your birth certificate...

Anyway, I will get back to you when I get an answer. Thanx again very much.

Prop I will go for pinnacle. Read very good reviews. Hope they don't ask for my cv though or a photo of me with my family holding my birth certificate...

yes it seems that they are targeting you

I have withdrawn many times from bet365 and they didnt ask for most of the stuff they are asking you

they never asked for my picture, they never asked me to verify a code they sent in the mail, they never asked me for a drivers license etc

all they ever asked was a scan of my id and proof of residence, that was it

Sharlataans I never though that they would to this to anyone from anywhere! A birth certificate??!! Really??!!

Anyway, I found many complaints here about 365 and some of them having the same problem as I do. I wonder how can we protect our selves towards those companies and why is so high rated when there are so many complaints about 365.

bet365 are an excellent bookies in so many ways, you will struggle to find a better bookies for your needs i.e general betting markets, even as a professional I use them almost every day for something or other.

They will have different requirements by country, and if initially they are stricter for some countries, its for a good reason. Just send them the documents, get yourself validated, and you will be receiving payouts in hours and have access to a very solid range of markets, some very competitvie, some average.

Still baffles me how this book is still an A-.... nickxatz u want a little trick to get your funds from 365....lose your $2300 that u have in your account....then deposit $500,bring ur account to $1000 and then withdraw $250.They set limits on me for certain sports...then they increased my withdrawal amount and then they gave me the ol screw job and said that money was sent via wire transfer.Long story short after fighting for 3-4 months i closed my account and told them to keep my remaining balance.

also- i think you gotta enter a code that they send to you for the bonus to be added.

next time- verify before trying to cash out i suppose. but that does seem excessive.
    - you likely only need 2 out of 5 of those things. maybe 3.

    definitely keep us updated.

Guys I don't believe BET365 is trying to stiff anyone. I am quite sure that is just a security measure. When you complete it like some said you get paid in hours everytime!

From what I read Bet365 have around 300 IT employees from which 160 are software developers. They spent $100 million in investments in 2010. That does not sound like an average shop

I think its not so much about security. Passport is just enaugh, but they hate bonus abusers. Many people open accounts on their relatives,friends,neighbours...
In my opinion that is only thing why they humiliate some people.

I would say Pinnacle and Bet365 2 most secure shops.

Poloyol that's bad news. I didn't know they can hold on to ur money like that...

Dikefale, what does bonus abuse has to do with my case? I recieved a bonus of 100 euros. First I placed a bet with my deposit and won. Then I placed a bet with the bonus and I lost it. Immidiatly the bonus roll over went to zero in my cashier after I losted the bonus money. But however I kept betting with my deposited money, no matter the bonus roll over witch was 600 euros and witch i have long fullfilled with my placed bets.

Anyway I still have no news from them. I guess I 'm gonna have to wait a little longer before I try to contact them... pfffff I should have gone for pinnacle from the beginning

Pin is the way to go,try not to pay so much attention to SBR ratings...im with some B rated books and have no issues, only real issue i had was that some books limited me on some specific sports... i expect that, its there company they can do what they want but when you get one issue regarding withdrawing get the hell out of there quick!!!Dont keep to much money in any account.

ok so this company SUCKS. Really guys... really

They just sent me an e - mail telling me that they cannot accept my birth certificate because it is not clear enough. But this a lie. It is certainly a lie guys! There are nothing on the certificate witch you cannot read. It is all there! Even the number of my election book! Jesus! I believe that they just don't want to pay me. They want a second proof of my identity except my id. That can be either a passport or a driver licence or a birth certificate. I told them that I do not have the first two and this is why I sent them the certificate! And now they are asking for my driver licence or my passport, witch I told them that I don't have!!!!

Please tell me guys what I have to do because they are driving me crazy. What a lame sportsbook...

next time, send them the verification info before you win and the book wont try to do this to you.

Oh thank you very much Glitch! I hope they can help me because I feel helpless with them holding on my money telling me that they cannot read my birth certificate... I mean wth? They reject the official document of the state? Their claims are even more rediculous because they say that they want the birth certificate as a proof of my age and my age is there on number and even FULL WRITTEN!!!

What can i say... I don't know... really...

Do you happen to know if their licence is under lga? I think I will send them an e-mail too but I am not sure if is lga or something else.

Again thnx. Really helpfull. I will fill the complaint form right now.

Is there some reason you prefer not get a passport? It's €85 to get and if for some reasons you ever need to flee the country having this in advanced is a good idea. But even if that day never comes you now have an ID send to sportsbooks. If your scenario is no drivers license, no passport you should avoid gambling online until you get one of the two. Almost every gambling operator is going to ask you to send scans of one or the other at some point.

Hey prop. I understand your thinking but I never needed one till now. And I have no intention to get one just because 365 doesn't want to admit that my birth certificate is just fine Afterall they did not make me a favour when asked for my birth certificate, this is the standar procedure when they need a second proof of age. I understand that I will need it if I continue gambling online But so far I travel only inside the country and you didn't need a passport to travel in europe. You just needed your id. But thanx anyway, I will have this in mind.

    ok update...

SBR mailed me asking for my birth certificate. I don't know if they contacted them allready but I recieved an e- mail from 365 moments a go saying that they apologize and that they made a mistake. My birth certificate is readable but they rejected it because they want a second proof for my identity, besides my id... I have the chat when they locked my account and they told me exactly this ( I have it saved on my pc) A second proof of ID, witch can be a drivers licence, a passport or a birth certificate...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is exactly what I sent to them! Exactly what they asked for...! Wth do they want from me? This cannot be legal. There can't be a law where it says that if you don't have a passport or a drivers license you cannot prove your identity. FOR JESUS CHRIST I SENT A BIRTH CERTIFICATE, A PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY ID, MY ID, A BANK STATEMENT, THE CODE THEY SEND BY POST... EVERYTHING THEY 'VE ASKED FOR. E V E R Y T H I N G

They are just messing with me so that they won't pay me. There is nothing else there. This is obvious. B365 sucks.

But yes no way I 'm having my money there again. NO F WAY. I just want to take my money and go find a decent bookie.
