    Gunner Kiel Signs with LSU

Les Miles adding more depth to an already solid team coming next year. I watched this guy during a camp that Trent Dilfer and ESPN put on. He and Tanner Mangum who i believe has committed to BYU are expected to be two big qb's entering the college class this upcoming season

May be a while before he sees the field. They still have Mettenberger.

    Kiel is an odd one.

He never got an offer from Alabama. He wanted to visit Michigan, but they also told him no.

At the Elite 11 camp in California----he was awful.

He originially committed to Inidana, but then changed when his brother was yanked as the IU starter. I would be stunned if Kiel ever starts for LSU.

I don't think Kiel would have ever started for Indiana either.

Not sure how he got such a high rating.

The reason he didn't want to go to Indiana is because he didn't want any competition at the position.

Kiel wouldn't have taken the job from Tre Roberson.

over under 1 1/2 years until Kiel announces transfer from LSU

Its hard to complain too much after this season but I've been trying to imagine that for years. Funny thing is the past two NC's have been with mediocre qb's at best. Mauck and Flynn just didn't make stupid mistakes... both had excellent defenses to rely on.

Having said that, it would be nice to have a stud qb. Phillip Rivers younger brother, Stephen is there as well. Hopefully he doesn't throw the ball like a shotput too.

Keil will be the interception machine replacement for jarrett lee. Only starting if the other qb's spend too much time in the nightclubs.

Keil has alot of talent but as a IU Hoosier grad I'm rooting for the rare triple MCL/ACL/skull fracture for this idiot. If you don't want to go to a $Hit Indiana team we understand but DON'T ANNOUNCE THAT YOU WILL IN THE FIRST PLACE Then he doesn't choose Notre Dame either but goes to LSU and leaves the Midwest altogether to go to the land of the hilljacks. Everyone but the Nascar crowd is tired of these toothless inbreds ruling college football.

A lot of Irish fans thought he was ours after he decomitted from IU. After he didn't commit after his two visits I figured we would not get him. I was in the camp would take him but I thought he was a little overrated. I dk what LSU has behind the two seniors right now but Kiel is enrolling early.

That is not a rare triple in the SEC. Happens every week against LSU and Alabama.
