100 to 120 sears/kmart stores about to be closed

not a very long list of big box retailers waiting to take these over with office supply stores/best buy all looking to scale back their square footage also

within 5 miles of me there are probably 50 empty or mostly empty office buildings, not a good sign going forward for the economy/real estate

I just wish the commercial guys would finally flush all the bad stuff out of the system instead of hanging on to high rates and high occupancy.
