The last month for me was just ridiculous some of the loses I have been taking but if your serious enough you will look at what your doing try and give yourself some patience and slowly build yourself back up. Try just hit one winner tomorrow even of it's only a $2 winner it's better than a 100 loser

-4 units but just yesterday I was +12.5 units. So Im still positive.

We all have our good and bad days.

Find cappers that have decent records and stick with it. Follow their picks and dont over bet. Find 4-5 games per day that you like and dont try and win it all back

Have survived the NFL Pack @ -1000 losing last wk while Indy got a win, Butler over Stanford who was -1000, NHL Van who was -310 tonight folding to Calg, and Xav tonight classic fold @ -850. On and on the upsets, major unheard of upsets occur, so I'm getting a real wokout these days. Tough enough to just pick the game winner, much less halves and totals, which are even more of a coin toss to what will win.

Helps me to get back to basics to win again when on a losing streak. Find an underdog (preferrably at home) for a game that you like to win straight up, and then take the points. Screw the halves, totals, teasers, props and all that other stuff that is made to funell cash down the old proverbial drain.

Stop being so damn negative. Are you expecting to win EVERY game? Losses will occur, it's inevitable. It's your money management that will see you through this rough patch. Sounds like you wagered just a little more than you were supposed to and it took a hit to your bankroll, which is why you're so upset you had to start a thread about it. Keep up what you're doing and stay focused, stay away from the 1H plays unless you're tailing someone that has a great track record on those plays. GL!

So you go 0-3 & you want to kill yourself?? Believe it or not 0-3 is not that uncommon @ all. Can't even imagine what you would consider doing once you go 0-5 or 0-6 which will inevitably happen.

If you expect to win every game & consider killing yourself after an 0-3 stretch gambling is probably not for you??
