    New Haven (Ct) Mayor John DeStefano plans to ask the state Legislature to allow illegal immigrants who live in the city to be able vote in municipal elections.

    The Independent reports that New Haven has about 10,000 non-citizen immigrants.

    If they are illegal .. the only right they should be getting is the right to a one-way plane ticket back to the airport that is furthest away from the US border in whatever country they are from.
