Just stop, you are embarassing yourself!

Tebow has been a winner on every level.

Heisman's, National Championships, you name it.

Tebow is a winner, I'd rather win ugly, than lose pretty.

    I'm out Philly boy.

    Speaking of Philly

Unfortunately, none of that means he has the physical tools to be a long term successful starter in the nfl. How long will he last running 20x per game? Hes a great leader, but that's not enough. You need the physical passing tools to be a long term success in the nfl.

You are the only person that mentioned religion. Everyone else is talking about football. You sir, are the fool who is trying to interject a subject that no one else thinks is relevant.

I am football fan and a degen. I am not a NFL General Manager. I am not overly connerned with his long term success. He makes the games FUN TO WATCH. It's been a great series of comebacks that have made this team very enjoyable to watch. I don't care about the angle of the rotation of his spiral or his looping throwing motion.

First it was - He can't play QB in the NFL...he has a linebackers body...they should move him to TE or RB
Then it was - He can play but he can't win
Then it was - He gets lucky but he can't keep doing this
Now it is - He can't win in the playoffs
    What's next -He can't repeat?

The bar continues to get moved with Tebow. Why is every team "a terrible team" after Denver beats them. If he wins against NE -watch out...

bears' marion barber and denver player matt prater had a lot to do with "tebow's success" yesterday. bears were about to win, if not for the forced marion barber fumble.

I agree he cannot do this long term. All these games were against disaster teams and Sanchez. AP out last week. Cutler and Forte out this week. KC, Oakland, etc.. And people talk about clutch. If you watched the game, all the passes were dump offs or short out routes and the bears had 7 DB types dropping off. Not like there was alot of thought going on. After the TD he got them to the 41 so I guess that works if your in Denver. Other than that he did nothing all day. And as mentioned, there have been fumbles and INTs and an onside kick that has made it possible. Keep counting on that in the long term.

But that point is irrelevent as to his future success. Someone mentioned Vince Young. He was a guy that won a state championship in high school, a national championship in college, plus the heisman just like tebow. Plus, Young has won over 37 games in the NFL. However, it has become apoarent that young cannot be a successful passing qb in the nfl. Once you see more games out of Tebow, the same will prove true. Its all about physical ability to be a passer. Tebow doesnt have it and his past championships mean nothing just like vince youngs past championships mean nothing.

By this time next season, I predict Tebow will not be the Broncos starter. Would you like to make a friendly wager?

past accomplishments and accolades in general or the nfl? i fail to see where his resume, past or present, is that impressive. he won the heisman and then rode the bench 90% of his rookie year.

at least bradford and cam played their entire first season in the nfl and were #1 picks. they both have those accolades over timmy

Exactly my point yet again. You are really bad at this.

You were the only one to bring up religion and other than your comment everyone else was discussing Tebows physical abilities. NC said people "hated" Tebow because he was unconventional in his abilities, not because of religion. You brought up religion where it doesn't belong. Dont be so simple.

LOL! you guys want to bench him because his stats aren't up to par. The only way that he'll get better if he gets to play enough games. And if he's winning now, why would you want to bench him? Even Mike Ditka says they should just let this thing play out and see where it goes.

Cam Newton is a lot better in the pocket, as a higher pass completion ratio, more rushing and passing touchdowns passing and yet he lost 9 of 13 games. You have to let Cam play because that's the only way he will learn not to throw so many interceptions to get better turning those loses into wins.

The teams who lose to him hates it. When it all comes down to the wire, the team does what it takes to close the game. That what's it all about.

If the other teams feels he suck too much to play the position, they need to prove it by trying to beat him and not cry "he can't play." To be the man, you have to beat the man.

Beat the man if you can! LOL!

It actually shouldn't have gone to overtime. Barber's dumb arse ran out of bounds when they were supposed to be running out the clock. The Broncos would have had like 10 seconds left when they got the ball if the Bears would have stayed in bounds on that play. The fumble in overtime was just icing on the cake.

Newton is not clutch, loser can't even keep a 23-7 lead at home.

Tebow is getting better, Newton is already regressing.
