I can honestly say I will never have 100k in my 5dimes account.

Don't need a 100 bucks that bad to put that kind of coin at risk.

Putting up 350 to win 20 is one thing but putting up 100000 to win 100 is insane.

Years ago when horse racing was still pretty hot, I am talking 25-30 years ago big players would play large money on an 8 field trotter race on the very best horse to show. A few thousand dollars on that horse would most likely pay .10 but it was done. $2 bucks for 10 cents, I believe that is what it was. Many many years ago and I think they had to pay .10. I never did this but I know it was done.

I believed they called it a minus pool and the track had to pay so much.

Same deal as the minus pool, more than likely you will win a lot of plays, but if you lose one you never get even for the rest of your life. lol I would make the play though.

EH, if you don't mind putting up 350 to win 20 you would have been perfectly at home playing those show bets at the track. Because that is almost exactly the pay out you would get, I believe 400 would return 20. But, don't lose one because then you must win the next 20. lol

that gives it a 99.9% chance of winning.

i'd rather take a play for a better price, like -20000, giving it a 99.5% chance of winning

Thats what I thought when my friend bet the moneyline on this game 4 years ago....

    (from wiki)
The 2007 Stanford vs. Southern California football game was a college football game held on October 6, 2007, at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, California. In a remarkable upset, the visiting Stanford Cardinal won 24–23. Southern California was favored by 41 points over Stanford, making the game the largest point-spread upset in college football history.

[1] Southern California entered the game with a 35-game home game winning streak (its previous home game loss was also to Stanford in 2001) which included a 24-game home game winning streak in Pac-10 play. By contrast, Stanford had compiled a Pac-10 worst 1–11 season in 2006 which included a 42–0 loss to USC. To compound their situation, Stanford's starting quarterback, T. C. Ostrander, had suffered a seizure the previous week; the backup quarterback, Tavita Pritchard had never started a game and had only ever thrown three passes.

Betfair has tons of stuff in running where you can lay like 20,000 to win $100 daily

A Dallas home game vs the Giants this year with these players is not even close to the same thing as any college game, not even remotely close. Dallas could not lose by 6 touchdowns unless the game was fixed, period.

This will lose 1 out of 1000 times roughly.
You are making a fool of yourself here, so you never saw a 43 points road win in the NFL?
What if Dallas players get hurt, backup QB throws 1 INT after the other?

I have been burned a couple of times laying 999/1 (small amounts mind you). Just last year I lost an NBA over/under that those odds when there were something like 17 points in the last 32 seconds of a game which was over from a competitive point of view. Sh!t really does happen.

There is no such thing as free money. You would win this Dallas bet 499 times out of 500 but the time you dont..................

Care to venture a guess how many times a closing line has been out by 47 or more points in NFL regular season games?
