    Trevor Cahill is a ticking timebomb. Billy Beane traded him for a reason. Same goes for Gio Gonzalez. It's just a matter of time.

    "Buyer beware" should be in flashing neon letters in front of all A's (and Padres) pitchers. All their numbers are inflated because of those pitcher friendly parks.

    Did no one actually read Moneyball? Perhaps they all just saw the movie and missed the part where the A's selling pitchers (both starters and relievers) above their value helped build the team.
