Hi all,
We will soon begin distributing the reservation link for those who are staying additional days at their own expense. It is a special link with the SBR discount included; please do not share it publicly.
Example of arriving one day early (before the bash)
Mark your arrival as Friday, January 30 and departure as Saturday, January 31. The total charge you should see is the cost of that one night, $447, based on 1 adult.
Example of arriving two days early (before the bash)
Mark your arrival as Thursday, January 29, and departure as Saturday, January 31. The total charge you should see is the cost of those two nights, $894, based on 1 adult.
Example of staying one extra day (leaving after the bash)
Mark your arrival as Monday, February 2 and departure as Tuesday, February 3. The total charge you should see is the cost of that one night, $447, based on 1 adult.
Example of staying two extra days (leaving after the bash)
Mark your arrival as Monday, February 2 and departure as Wednesday, February 4. The total charge you should see is the cost of those two nights, $894, based on 1 adult.
If you will be arriving from one to three nights early AND staying one to three nights extra, you MUST sign up twice. You must do this to avoid being charged for the two nights Bash nights (check in January 31, check out February 2) which are already covered under the group.

Edit by SBR: Yes you can, but to guarantee you wouldn't have to change rooms (if that matters to you) then reserving the extra days through the SBR form is advised.

Edit by SBR: Yes, those staying additional days will have to reserve their room with a plastic card. The full amount of that day(s) will be charged at time of booking.

Shit not sure how i missed this and not even sure what number i would be on the free rooms? Bt add me to the list of waiting for a room.........What really sucks is to get a plane ticket for a fair price you have to get it around 90 days in advance, Will i know if i have a free room by then? Dont want to find out 2 weeks before the bash and have to pay double what the ticket would originally be......At that point im basically still paying for a room, since the plane ticket could double in price if i get them 2 weeks before flight........... Have you tried the VPN thing I suggested above? I had left the tab open last night and when I checked it a few minutes ago an offer for an additional 5% discount had popped up, I guess because I'd left my 'reservation' idle for so long. You only need to put down 20% to reserve those rooms and they're cheaper anyway. Worth a try?Comment -
This is a great rate for anyone outside US for a night or two.... I am a platinum member at the hard rock in Hollywood and they will not comp me any rooms outside the US.... So if u live outside the US and you wanna stay more than 2 days do it ASAP as prices will go higher....Comment -

For all the posters that are attending Saturday and Sunday... are you planning on getting in EARLY? or staying LATER? It would be cool if we used this thread... or made an additional one... so we would let other posters know if they wanted to hang out etc. Personally, I'm thinking about arriving earlier AT LEAST 1 day. Maybe 2 tops. I was debating back and forth if staying Monday would be worth it.. or later??? My feeling is... after the Superbowl is over... I'm probably going to be worn out. I'd rather just go home Monday.
So... let me know your ideas... and share them with the rest of the posters. I'm sure there are many posters that would like to meet up, drink, and share a few laughs! I know I'm up for it!
