    Dolphins -3

    Anyone else like Miami this week at home against Oakland? Get it now while it's +money at most shops.

    Miami has improved quite a bit with Matt Moore at QB. It took him a couple of games to get settled in, but he has been playing well the last few games, especially at home. Oakland likes to run the ball a lot, which plays in the Dolphins favor. Miami has a solid rush defense, only allowing 3.7 yards per carry and 97.5 yards per game, which ranks #7 in both statistics. On the other side, Oakland has the worst yards per carry run defense. Moore has to continue to take care of the ball (only 2 INTs in the last 6 games), since the Raiders have a pretty good pass defense. I think he can get it done. The Dolphins aren't exactly pretty on offense, but I think they will be able to move the ball.

    Also worth noting the Raiders are traveling across the country, and are playing at 1PM.

    The Raiders are pretty banged up. Ford, McFadden, Moore, amongst others are banged up and may not play. The Dolphins on the other hand are pretty healthy.

    Finally, this line is odd. Seems like a lot of people are on Oakland, yet the line has gone from +1 to +3. Sketchy to say the least.

    Miami -3 (I got it at -105)

    I like Oak this week....Ive made serious money betting on this team the last 3 weeks (@SD, @Minn, Bears). Theyre playing good ball right now and Im around 85-90% sure Ill ride them again this week. The only thing that worrys me is the cross country travel to Fla

    You could argue Miami is playing good ball as well. They also had a few extra days to prepare for this game which should help. GL in your other bets this week.

    palmer 3-1 as starter (should be 4-0 if defense doesnt blow 24-14 lead).....

    3 games with 299 yds or more.
    9 completions over 20 yds (only 2 others with more completions)
    2 games over 107 qb rating

    havent seen a better raiders qb who can throw deep accurate passes since jim plunkett.

    Palmers been playing very nice ball in his first couple of games....much better than anyone could have expected. Just the way you said it sounded funny, and the sample size isnt big enough to really proclaim such a statement yet. But hey im with you, i like oak

    Going to be a great game.

    I cant take miami for the simple fact i could see oakland get a big lead on miami, but cant see the same thing happening the other way.

    Think the line is spot on.

    Oakland should win, but it could easily come down to a last minute field goal.

    If its a tie game, late i n the 4th, I see oakland moving the ball easier then miami.
