    IT BEGINS.....

Luckys sportsbooks now have a "questionnaire" required to be filled out if you bet 2k or more, or cash out 4k+.

It asks if you are betting on someone elses behalf, if you are being compensated and how you are conpensated and if you are reimbursed for expenses. It also asks for your drivers license number and exp date. And if you are working with an LLC or corporation you have to provide a copy of the LLC agreement or certificate of corporation as well as list the members or shareholders.

Having a beard isn't very effective if they have to disclose who they work for.

Let's say I'm a runner and I fill out the form after cashing out that I am conducting business on behalf of a 3rd party where does that lead? Is it just a yes no answer and that's it? Is there anything on the back end to answer to from the IRS?? I'm really interested on how this all unfolds for large cashed wagers when you work as a runner. Does receiving sports book chips help curtail any paper trail the IRS gets??

Its akin to guys who used to cash tax tickets at the race track years ago I am sure. it is hit or miss on whether they catch you, but if you do it too much it increases the odds. i remember a guy in New Hampshire who was like 80 something who did t for people all the time. he got busted right in the track, he got indicted and lost his Social Security, and pretty much everything he had. What little it was.

So I am sure if they get some one it will be iron clad and that person will more than likely go to jail on top of having some huge fines and penalties to pay. Of course they could roll over on the guys theyre working for. Which is the feds ultimate goal I am sure.

Thats the irony of governments that are broke, they cant really afford to do what they do but they are so desperate for cash and the appearance of fighting 'bad guys' they go over the top. Thats why guys who have a lot of cash or try to hide a lot of cash better look over their shoulders for the IRS to audit them, even though the IRS is broke.
