UNLV just had great win over North Carolina, now has trap game at old rival UCSB, which won last three games vs Rebels by 3-3-6 points. This is first road game for UNLV; UNC game was their only game vs top 100 team. Gauchos lost in OT to San Diego State last game; they don't force lot of turnovers, but they force misses, and UNLV sometimes struggles to make shots. Big West underdogs of 8 or less points are 5-2 vs spread; MWC road favorites are 3-1.

USCB is a veteran team with Nunnally and Orlando Johnson who both are prolific scorers, Johnson could have left last year and been a 2nd round draft pick but he decided to stay cause he knew what this team is capable of it. this will be UNLVs first true road game and a perfect opportunity for let down game after upsetting UNC. love these kind of situational spots.

in a press conference i watched- the UCSB coach said that hes gonna to play up tempo and try to score 80 points every night. unlv also scores a lot. the over was good around 141 but now its around 145. probably still hits but much more dangerous now.

my god what a game. USCB was down 3 in regulation with 2 seconds to play UNLV fouls them...USCB hits first free throw misses second and tips in lay up to send it to OT. than wiht 13 seconds left its tied and UNLV fouls a 3 shooter USCB makes all three...UNLV comes down court shoots three with 5 seconds left misses..gets offensive board...kick out and makes 3....double OT.

Jake, I know its a tough loss to swallow but looking at the glass half full as a gaucho fan I think you should be really happy in this teams performance tonight. with Mike Moser dropping 30+ you guys still had a chance to steal the game. OJ was incredible too.

Great let down spot for UNLV. Plus UCSB proved they could beat UNLV last year, beating them at the Thomas & Mack. I still can't believe UNLV blew that 10 point lead. Bellfield screwed up big time in that last 2 minutes. 3 turnovers, 2 fouls and a missed free throw.

I took this game in a parlay along with creighton, minnesota, new mexico, and gonzaga. 30 for 780. I don't post my plays because I'm a year and a half into gambling and I'm normally at work when I pick. I have a local, no juice on wins only on losses and they take any bet the books do. All that to say that last night felt like the lines on the above games were pretty sharp except the gonzaga game. ND without Abromitis, on the road is not that good. Good luck going forward.

UCSB was not a bad play at all. Before taking UNLV I considered the letdown after beating UNC, yet one of the UNLV players said that UCSB had their full attention after beating them last year so I jumped on it. Luck is luck is luck.
