    I am actually all over Troy this game. Troy, as bad as they have been ATS are a better team on paper then their record suggests. They also tend to cover when they are underdogs and not cover when they are favorites. Throw a Western Kentucky team that is suspect on offense, and you have a cocktail for a Troy cover and possible outright win.
