    Family has died off.

    People from work try to invite me, but I tell them, 'thanks, but I don't want you screwing up my holiday.'

    Got 3 flatscreens, wireless internet, fridge full of food, cash burning a hole in my pocket, mini-fridge full of ehoh. Lovin my man-cave.
    Really, do I want to go and want to feign politeness while fighting the urge to take a thundershit at somebody else's grandparents house.

    watch any thanksgiving sitcom and see how much they hate each other and can't wait to leave. visiting relatives once a year went out of style in the 60's when there was nothing else to do. no one wants relatives cluttering up their house, using their bathroom, talking about the past dead relatives, lying about your job, which you probably don't even have. you run out of things to say after 20 minutes, so you eat and sit in a crowded living room watching football not revealing that you bet on it. everyone glances at their watch and says i think the weather is going to turn so we should get going. sound familiar. the hosts say after they leave thank goodness their gone, now we can get back to doing what we want to do and watch what we want to watch. another torturous holiday over. but the worst one is only a month away. you actually have to use gambling money to buy them presents.

    My family is sitting all around me while I post. I tell them SBR is my family too... they understand. I made sure my mother-in-law has a seat next me at the table for my laptop during thanksgiving dinner.

    Chillin on my recliner couch watching this NFL game on my 60 inch Sharp HD with surround, my parents getting all the food and tables ready, we got a huge family like 40+ people coming over later on

    I helped out alot this morning so now I get to enjoy.......Just graduated college and saving up with free rent ain't so bad for a year or so

    I said saving up with free rent......I have an accounting job right now and plan on living with my family for a year or so.....no point in wasting money on rent, saving up to put a down payment on a condo or house

    Most of my friends live in the area still anyway so its all good, I enjoy my family so no big deal
