Both are ridiculously mediocre QBs that got wayyyyy too much credit for their team's success. They both benefited from good defenses and the run game(which no doubt did include themselves, not taking anything away from their good run ability). Both became starters in the middle of the season against shitty teams after the incumbent starter got beat up by good teams early in the season. Look back at Vince Young's Titans career and he did this almost every year with Kerry Collins. I feel bad for Elway because this puts him in a horrible spot because he's smart enough to know he's not going to win long term with a QB that can't complete half his passes, but he can't just cut him or bench him now after this recent stretch of success or there will be riots. He's going to have to give Tebow at least one more year if Tebow manages to eek out a couple of more wins. I guarantee you Fox and Elway are praying to God(pun intended) that they lose every game the rest of the season.
