tight end.... have him gain 20-30 pounds he be unstoppable

i've said it before... he would be phenomenal...
he played in high school, so its not like he doesn't have some experience...

one thing that makes larry fitzgerald so great..besides his super hands and body control (both things Lebron would have too) is his leaping ability and uncanny ability to be at full extension and full height on his jump when he catches the ball... he gets the ball where no one else can...guy is freak

Lebron would do this and add and extra foot to 18 inches to his advantage against some 5'10 185 lb DB.... how would they stop him

Agree...... Tight End for Lebron would be interesting as well. I say WR bc hes got incredible size and speed and think he would be a fine wr but he would also make an excellent tight end. Could you imagine linebackers trying to stay with him

recruited by all the top football programs...

can you imagine, the size of his balls, to risk injury his senior year to play football....knowing he was a few months short of becoming a millionare?

the difference from taking hits in from high school players to nfl players would be astronomical though..... in real life if he did this, it would take a big big adjustment for his body..

I can remember my first week of practices for football of college, I couldn't believe the difference in how hard the hitting was compared to High school...and that was a small div III school.... the jump from div III to div I hitting is unreal, and the jump from D I to Pro is pretty big too.

but he'd be more successful at somthing like this then Jordan was at trying to play baseball.

I've now seen him run one banana route and catch a fade. Not much to be gained from that. He could dominate corners physically but have to see much better routes and how he takes contact

Definately a TE. Can you imagine a hail mary pass at the end of the half or game? LeBron would outjump everyone by at least a foot. He is a great athletic and would of had success in football as well.

    Chi Archi

Lebron was 6'8 250 when he came into the league at 18 years old. He's been taking HGH for years.

    He's 6'9 6'10 and 270+

I don't think if he switched to the NFL now he would be a top 10 WR or even a top 3 TE. If he would've stuck with football in college, then absolutely yes I think he would be.

Lebron was a great WR in high school, but I just don't think he could instantly transition over to the NFL and be a star. Maybe in a few years...

yeah its all conjecture. Could he do it now? most likely not, unless like you said, he gave himself 2-3 years to devote to it all. The Skills, Talent, Athleticism are there, but there are also about 50 question marks that we'll never know the answer to.

    its never gonna happen

but its fun to think and BS about

I think you need to start showing some proof that he is 6'9 or 6'10

why would they not list him as that? teams usually ADD inches to their players listings not subtract. Remember Hakeem Olajuwon was listed as 7'0 for a long time?

The proof is watch the Miami heat play. Look at him standing next to Chris Bosh. They're the same height, bosh maybe half an inch taller....

Bron was listed at 6'8 when he came into the league at 18...I didn't even hit my growth spurt til I was 17/18. Men grow until they're 23 at least.

Durant is listed at 6'9....Came in when he was 19. Durant is only 6'9? 0% chance. Look at him standing next to Perkins, listed at 6'10, on the court. Durant has a full inch on him, if not more...

Bro Lebron was still a kid when he came into the NBA. Go look at clips from him in his rookie year and just look how much smaller the guy is. It's so noticable.

that is not proof. post some pics or vids yourself, that would still be circumstantial. how the pppppppppenetrate do I know how tall bosh is really? If the NBA is not accurate about Lebron how can we use ANY player as a barometer or measuring stick?

by your anecdotal growth spurt logic, I guess I can say well David Robinson was 6'5 at age 17 and he turned out to be 7'1.

    Chi_Archie was 5'10 at 17.... damn I must foken 6'6!!!

Holy Shit I think Chris Bosh is actually 7'7 or maybe Lebron just hadn't hit puberty and got his growth spurt until AFTER he signed with the heat
