I say that they are ALL top contenders besides many others like myself that are not on the above list. I have dug deep into these numbers long ago and your lists leaves out many great ones. I personally bet panamabrad and saints7011 but had to leave out others like Yisman, nyer5680, senseionline, wille, swiss88, wtt0315 and more.

Does the list include those early big payout tourneys?
Thanks Jack. I enjoy analyzing the numbers.

Yes the list includes all of the big tourney payouts but I think by virtue of starting at 30 cashes and sorting it by pts/cash it smoothes out the larger payouts and you can really see who the more successful players are.

    Cheers!

I generally agree, there are a number of real good players that are not on the above list.

The list is what it is based on the data that I have. There is no hidden factor.

Regarding hidden factors, I personally would love to see the forumla and data behind the SBR Ring Game ratings.

Here is the list with 20 or more cashes. (note I have not updated the source data since I originally posted this list) An interesting note is that there are almost 100 posters that have made 20 or more cashes!

Ok. Agreed there is a big difference between SBR poker and online/cash 50nl.

That is why this only includes the SBR tourneys... ;-)

It says nothing more about anything other that how successful some people have been on SBR poker.

    Cheers.

your above post is accurate beer. Sbr poker provides some insight as to who has a clue but if you turned chips into dollars the list would be taken way more serious. Lots of good players here, but I'll never play at these tables thinking I'm better or worse than the guy next to me because sbr poker is not played with my own/your own money... Hence your above post is spot on. That being said sbr poker is improving many players games quickly... So I will be very curious to see next years and the year to follow lists compared to this years.

100% agreed, I really want to continue to be a part of this forum in the next couple of years and see how the list changes and how people improve.

    Cheers.
