Clearly you don't know football buddy. He outplayed Tom Brady twice.....one for a Superbowl ring as a HUGE underdog. Eli one of the best fade touch passers in the league.

The kid knows how to play QB.

    Not elite. Pro QB, yes.
Love seeing the Pats lose though and watching Brady pout

Yea like Tom "Terrific" doesn't get pass interference calls from time to time. It was a legit PI. Just part of the game people.

Nothing more awesome then watching Pats lose at home. Not only did Eli beat Brady in the SB, now he beats him at home without his #1WR and his #1 RB. That is solid. Eli was trying to back up what he said in that interview.. Eli is pretty good QB when coming from behind and in 4th quarter

no doubt it was legit. my point was that helped them down the field to score. no PI, no TD

Did you watch the game?? He threw some God awful passes that should have been picked off. Only reason he got the PI call at the end was because his throw was so far off that Sergio misread where the receiver was.

Just like the Tyree catch, Eli got lucky as hell

Thats simply a statement you can't make. Eli is certainly capable of STILL making big pass plays on virtually any down to put the Giants in scoring position. He could have easily came back and threw a 25 yarder to Manningham or Ballard on the next down even if no PI call the play before. The guy is an elite veteran.

and he is doing it this year with lesser talent than he has ever had around him.

granted Nicks, Cruz and Manningham are all really developing well.

now if we could just get Jerril Jernigan and Barden going........

Still have to get the td which ELI did.

Why does everyone hate him so much. Plays the game right. Wins. What else do you need. He is having his best season so far and has no major weapons.

and i'll counter that that's simply a statement that you can't make. all i heard all game was about how he's throwing off his back foot and makes horrible throws (see the PI call which was really short).

Nah Eli has that "magic". It's that Manning spunk. Archie is truly a god send to the NFL.

Oh yea and fcuk Kevin Boss too. You cave him out in Oakland. We got the second coming of Mark Bavaro at TE with this Ballard kid. What a pair hands on this guy.

Bring on Jim Harbaugh and corn hole SF 69er squad next week. Our front four will expose their fraud QB and take it 23-13 next week in their building.

if i recall Brett Favre made some of the worst throws you can possibly imagine and I believe leads the NFL in all time interceptions...but is still considered one of the greatest QBs to play...

you obviously dont get it. no sense in debating any longer as you are going to believe what you want and what the talking heads tell you "all I heard all game how Eli was making throws off his back foot and what terrible passes he made"

Listen name a list of the top 10 QB in the league. Eli is at least 7th. Would take him over Vick, Romo or Phillip Rivers anyday.

One thing I can definitely say is, when the games on the line and my team's down and needs to win, I'll give the ball to Eli over Peyton anytime

No ring for Schaub, Vick and Rivers, they don't know how to get it done yet, so sorry Eli already goes ahead of the list. Eli can be a QB that you can rely on when you are down. There's no denying that. Eli is more clutch then Peyton. But as a NY fan I won't say he's elite yet..

So Eli is better than Marino and Jim Kelly too, right?
