happens sometimes
coincidentally today I had a winning rugby bet graded as a loss by bet365
when I saw it was graded as a loss I shit me pants, I thought I had placed the wrong wager, it happens from time to time, I let them know at it took them 1-2 hours to fix it, you'll get your money back
