    There's slow, and then there's Iowa's D.

    Iowa never defends the spread well -- even when they have the personnel to do so. They don't even have that this year, though. Robinson could have a field day.

    You better hope Iowa outscores them. I lean Iowa as well, but I'm losing confidence.

    Guys I am not one of these fade Brock guys, but trust me when I tell you this. Play Michigan today. They win this game by double digits and I am not fan of either teams. Yes, the games between these two are normally close, yes Iowa is a solid home team, BUT Iowa is depleted from last years team. They are NOT deep enough to play 4 quarters against this Michigan team who FOUND A VERY GOOD defense this year. You watch what I tell you today. Michigan ROLLS

    i bought it down to michigan -3, this game is a huge mismatch and i think if they played it 100 times michigan would win 90 of them.

    Let's look at this a little deeper: Iowa has played PITT (who they had to make a huge comeback against to beat), Louisiana-Monroe, Indiana and Northwestern at home. None of those teams are as talented as Michigan. Iowa has given up, on average, 25 points to those teams, including 24 against Indiana. Michigan hasn't exactly been battle tested on the road this season, having only played Northwestern (W) and Michigan State (we all know how that game turned out).

    Some stats that jump out at me that makes me think that Iowa will cover today (all trends against Michigan the last three seasons): 1-5 ATS when coming off a win against B10 rival. 3-13 ATS when playing against a team with a winning record. 0-7 in weeks 10-13. 4-16 against B10 opponents. 0-7 in November. Granted, this is a different Michigan team under Brady Hoke than Rich Rodriguez, and Iowa's lack of defense (which is usually a Kirk Ferentz staple) is pretty scary, but if I were to play this game, I'd play IOWA.

    As it is, I will be playing >58, since I think there will be 30+ put up by both teams.
